What: NY, Paris and Bahamas-designer Tom Scheerer may create homes around the world, but he will always be loved for his extraordinary work in Lyford Cay, including the ultra private Lyford Cay Club. His bold, graphic and incredibly chic projects include WASPY private residences in Harbour Island, Antigua, Abaco, the Hamptons, Nantucket, Maine, and Paris, and his new book includes his many far-flung homes.

Who: Lisa Fine (with Tom Scheerer and Penny Morrison)
What: Textile designer Lisa Fine, gathers together in her new book, Near & Far: Interiors I love, the bohemian rhapsody of interiors that inspire her, from Mughal palaces to gardens of India, to a Tangier Casbah belonging to Jamie Creel, the white-washed Patmos retreat of John Stefanidis, and her own exuberantly layered homes in Dallas, NYC and Paris. Indian textiles, Turkish rugs, Greek embroideries, and Anglo-Indian furniture all echo Lisa’s collections of hand-printed textiles, carried across the globe at John Roselli, Hollywood at Home, Holland and Sherry, Tissues d’Helene, and at James Showroom in Dallas and Austin.

What: Accessory, fabric and interior designer Penny lives between her London home and Welsh manor house. With a reputation for pairing pattern and color for refined, bohemian, “undone” interiors, her collections of lamps, cushions, tableware, lighting and vases are rich with Turkish embroidery and Japanese textiles, Anglo-Indian symbols and Ancient Greek motifs, inspired by cultures around the world and throughout history. Her Welsh manor house appears in Lisa Fine’s, new book, Near & Far: Interiors I Love. Her collections are carried around the world, including at Hollywood at Home in LA and James Showroom in Dallas and Austin.
Street cred: Her first collection that started it all was the “floppy linen.”
